Grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and did my B.S. at the University of Iowa. I am currently a graduate student in the Biomedical Sciences Program, and I am in the Cell and Developmental Biology subprogram.

My research will focus on investigating the relationship between the extracellular matrix and airway stem cell growth and differentiation.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, foraging, playing with my cats, and caring for my many geckos.
