Yu Sun joined the Ryan Lab in October of 2022.  He is from Ri zhao City, Shan Dong province, China.  He holds his bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Shandong Agricultural University.  He is working on generating ferret iPSC models of CF enabling evaluation of the role of CFTR function in pancreatic progenitor cell populations.

Out of the lab Yu likes to read science fiction books, exercise, and listen to music.
